I've ordered a LC jacket yesterday at Wested! I hope they won't ignore my order
I have chosen db cowhide this time. I already had this leather for one day but I had to send it back. I also don't needed much special advices for Wested. I just gave them my measurements and I wanted those new PLATON SA Raiders pockets and no leather facings near the zipper. Well the pockets may not so accurate for a LC but it's better as the standard big not scalloped pockets I also told them to make the pocketflaps more hugh.
Does anybody know if Wested have some kind of thicker lambskin leather available? Then I would may change to Auth. Lambskin.
Now I'm starting to count the days

Well done, mate! Platon's poockets are certainly more accurate than the standard Wested LC pocket.

Approximately two weeks ago, I placed an order for a custom HH. I called and spoke directly with Peter. I received e-mail confirmation, and follow-up from Gemma, within a few days.

i didn't have much luck with my e-mail enquirry on a SA raiders jacket...i sent it multiple times. i even called them to see if they received the e-mail. the whole experience left me with an impression that they do not want to do a custom order for me.

i hope you have better luck than i did.

My order for a custom TOD jacket was also ignored ~ one month ago. Now again! :evil:
I have now placed the order a second (last) time. If they don't reply I'll give it up! I also still wait for a piece of press stud fastener. Gemma wrote me 8 weeks ago that they will send me this stuff. Nothing yet. Also no reply on any mails. May it's also a sign. Let the jacket go I think I should aim for an AB DX with lc bash!

Though my first 2 orders went by without a hitch, the third seemed to go by rather slowly, considering that it was an off the rack and it took 2 weeks to ship (at least I'm assuming it shipped, since I was told it would ship last Monday, but till now, despite repeated requests, I have not recieved the shipping notification. No more emails since.

And for the current two orders that I've placed for SA jackets, I haven't even recieved any response. Nothing to even let me know if they even have recieved the order, and I've tried emailing them a few times (even resubmitting the order), but have yet to recieve any replies.

I wonder if they hate repeat business? Or maybe they just have me in their blacklist! I really like Wested's jackets, but I do wonder if they like us!

I don't know why they ignoring us. I even haven't got a Todd jacket yet So I think they must really like me Indiana G? You there?

easy folks....lets not turn the thread into a wested bashing session. that was never my intention....i just wanted to empathize with your situation.
