Now before anyone says anything, I know that my gunsmith made a major error. He was to have cut my barrel down. He didn't. He found one that was to say the leat bunged up. Must have because he cut it to a 3-1/2" barrel not 4".
The site which is ok, isn't what it's supposed to be.
So, what the hay, I'm looking for another barrel. The orriginal was reblued and would now be a crime to cut. Plus keeping it so the ser#'s match w/frame.
Found some nicer grips on ebay and they look good on it.
So let me know what you thinks.

Like you, I don't care much for the front sight , but not bad overall.
I love those grips!!!!
Let me get one thing straight, he was supposed to cut down your barrel, but instead just replaced it with a 3.5" barrel?
IMHO, that is unacceptable. Its kinda like ordering a black suit, but getting a blue one because the tailor had one ready.

I've talked with another gunsmith and we'll give it another shot. This time I'll make my own site out of wood so he can see exactly what I want him to make. But first I've got to find another barrel, would be a shame now to cut the orriginal but if it comes down to it, we'll see.
