Noel Howard Shirts and Stuff

Does anyone know what measurements the shirts offered here are exactly?

On the IndyGear website, it simply states:

Small (14-14 ½ )
Medium (15-15 ½)
Large (16-16 ½)
Large-Long Sleeve
X-Large (17-17½)
XX-Large (18-18½)

Do the shirts go by neck size?

And also, how would one buy a NH shirt? Does he have a website that you can order from (a la Wested), or do you have to personally contact him?

I ordered a MK 7 bag and strap from Noel... I just emailed him and he sent me an invoice. And then I believe I paid by paypal if i remember correctly...

i ordered shirt, pants and a tie from noel. you just send him an e-mail on what you are looking for and he will confirm if it is in stock or not. he will then send you a paypal invoice for the items which you can cancel if you are not interested (or modify if you want something else).

the large shirt that i bought (i am a 16 1/2" neck with a 42 short suit size) fits quite snug....but not to the point that it is obviously too small. it is quite a form fitting shirt which is what you see in the movies.

Just a tip. I wear a 17 - 17 1/2 inch collar in a normal dress shirt, so I ordered an XL from Noel (after asking him by e-mail if his shirts ran true to size). When I received the shirt -- which was clearly marked XL -- it was too small. I contacted Noel, and returned the shirt for one of his XXLs. The XXL fits me the way a 17 - 17 1/2 inch collar dress shirt fits.
