Club Obi Wan

My wife just surprised me with a beautiful Italian lamb skin sports jacket. It's saddle tan in color and if it were any softer it would be illegal to wear. What would be the best way to care for it? I use Picards for my whips but can't see myself coating the jacket with that. Is there a spray product that anyone would recomend that will give it some protection from water or other spills and dirt and not change the color. .........Thanks.......Alan
