During my stay in Milan Italy last week I made acquaintance with a very famous leather jacket and furs maker. I cannot reveal his name for the time being.
He saw my Wested and when asked he said that he surely can make a jacket like this.
Of course, he is an 'haute couture' maker so the jacket will be priced at something like 800 - 1000 euro, maybe even 1500.
But the quality of the leather and craftmanship will be like no other. That's a jacket that you wouldn't wanna distress.
One day I will have him make a custom jacket for myself. The question is, who is with me? Will there ever be any demand for such a high priced / high quality jacket?
Time for a Deluxe jacket?

i think it would be interesting to see such a jacket but i can't say i would ever order one. honestly i think it would kinda defeat the whole concept of the indy jacket. isn't that one of the reasons that we all love the indy jacket is it takes a beating and keeps coming back for more? if i had a jacket that cost that much i would probably never wear as i would be afraid of it getting ruined.
