I own a US wings XXL Indy Jacket that fits very very well. I want to order a Wested in Authentic Lambskin but am freaked out on getting the sizing right. Do I take my measurements and try to match them to a sizing chart or do I just give them my measurements? Or do I give the measurements of my US Wings? Your experienced support would be greatly appreciated as England is a long way off and I'm not good at waiting.

Measure yourself and give them just those measurements, don't use the sizing chart or the US Wings measurements.

I would give them both measurements of you and the jacket that you like how it fits.

And I just sent a jacket back that probably would have fit you...

I gave them my actual measurements, and also told them the size of my best-fitting jacket. The results were perfect, and it's hard for me to find a jacket that fits right in every way. But they did it! No need to worry.
