Old Navy 'Close enough' Indy Shirt Now $6.00!!

Post by Texas Raider »

Well Old Navy is clearancing out these shirts. The one thing they are missing is the epaulettes (important to me) BUT they kind of make up for it with the material, the front pleats (albeit narrow), the great Raiders color, and of course, the $5.99 price tag! They had 2 XXL , 3 L, and 2 M left. They are sized for a slimmer fit,,oh and they have a little, tiny pocket on the right sleeve. You can hardly see it.

It looks almost white in the pic, but it is not, it is very pale 'stone' color,,perfect for Raiders!

I have one, and it's a great shirt. The fit and feel are especially nice for an Indy shirt. And for $6, how can you beat it?

When they dropped to $12 I almost picked up another one, but they didn't have any XL's then either.

Yeah, Ive got two of them now. Even though they are missing the epaulettes and have the small pocket on the arm it's still one of the best "close-enough" shirts on the market. I bought my last one for $11 and it was the only large left.

I guess for $6 I could by a third one and use the material to make epaulettes for both shirts. :)

I had noticed these myself - and they are a great alternative for our day to day adventures - and the price is fantastic!

That shirt looks like the LL Bean shirt, only it has the pleat under the pocket. What are they asking for that one?

It's a heavy duty shirt I must say, made for adventure. It also has a nice tailored fit to it which I like. It was around $26.

I saw this one a while back. I had already bought Forever 21 shirt though so I passed on it. Other than the thread being a little dark it is a good "close-enough" shirt. :D

It's a little lighter in color than the picture shows. The stitching is darker than the main fabirc but I like it. Being a gearhead I like Indy style shirts, military style shirts so I could not pass it up.

My problem is I have to many Indy type shirts at the moment. I wish this one would have come along sooner. If I just had the two f21 shirts I would have bought this one. Who knows.....I might if the price drops like last years Old Navy shirts did. :D

I'm actually wearing the $6 Old Navy shirt right now. I had picked it up the first time ON had clearanced them out. I love it. Nice, light fabric is good for the heat. I think I'll check to see if they have any more now, but I doubt it since they didn't the last time I was there.
