It's been quite a while since I've posted here...so for all those that may remember me, and for new gearheads as well, hello! But now to the point...can anyone in the Los Angeles area recommend a good tailor who works with leather? Years of wearing my Wested has basically caused the satin lining to disintegrate (another argument for cotton!) and I need to have a new one put in. I also have a Minority Report Wested that came with shoulder pads in it that need to be taken out...I know I could always send them back to Peter, but I was hoping someone might know of a trustworthy tailor who might be able to get the job done...thanks!

Hoo boy! You haven't been around in quite a spell! Glad to see you're doing okay.

The only leather tailor I know of is down here in San Diego.

The shouldr pads you can eaily take out yourself, if you turn the jacket inside out you will see one of the sleeves has a different seam it is where the jacket has been inverted, you can go in there.

Can't help on the lining tho, maybe it's a return to the mother ship.
