An interesting picture of my fedora…

Guys, check this out.
A little while ago, I took a picture of me with some of my various ‘artefacts’. I then did a bit of work on PSP and put myself in an Egyptian Temple…
A few days ago, I had another look at the photo and I noticed that the crown looked really tall. “Strange”, I thought to myself, seeing as my AB is not as tall as some that I’ve seen.
I just thought it would be interesting to post to see what you guys thought. Perhaps my AB looks different because of the angle that the photo was taken, I don’t know.
Still, I think it makes for a pretty awesome picture!

Thats nice photoshop work...and the hat looks good, I'm going to have to stay out of the fedora section until I can afford an AB.

i understand what you are saying canyon about how hats seem to "shape shift". my hj seems to look too big at times, too tapered, too stovepipey, too small, etc
theres a big difference between what our hats look like in the reflection of a mirror and what they look like at different angles when captured by a camera. this difference makes the hat seem to take life.
i'm waiting on my ab now and hopefully it will look how i want it to from every angle.
cheers, and nice pic by the way.

I wish!
I got this from an ethnic shop here in England. I think it's supposed to be Mayan.

Don't want to disappoint you, but it's definitely not.
Looks South-East Asian to me ... Cambodian or Indonesian maybe.
Impressing ensemble of artifacts nevertheless!

Oh dear... It's no wonder I flunked Archaeology class...
Seriously though...
Indy Jens, thank you so much for identifying the origin of this mask.
I guess I was kinda hoping it was South American in origin, as my father was born there.

Why, thanks.
