Looks very good, though I'd recommend it for use with leathers heavier than lambskin or (if you still have them) lambtouch cowhide. One good, solid tug on the end and the strap will pop through the buckle. It shouldn't on a heavier hide like goatskin, cowhide, or horsehide.

So, Michaelson, if one wanted to get the straps backwards on a lamb, would he / she just simply use A5's method?

Platon - very, very nice. I think it looks perfect!

I tried this, and it doesn't seem to want to stay. I tried it Agent5's way, and it's snug as a bug in a rug. I have to add, I have d-rings, instead of sliders, but I turned them around in the strap, so they are flat on the outside edge. I need to get some rectangular ones.

Quite interesting! I'm gonna try this when I got my HH back 8)

Does anybody know what was the side strap config. in LC?

Well I've found it.

Nice pics! I really like the jacket itself also  ...Is it the pre-distressed cowhide from Wested?

It won't work with D rings.

Yes, it's the wested predistressed (with all the screen acurate specs) a little more distressed by myself.
