I don't have any pics or grabs, but I do have the serial in the original 2 tape vhs format. The box has no good photos on it. Maybe I can get my daughter to figure a way to get vhs to computer. If I can figure it out, I'll get some posted; any help would be appreciated.thanks, hanson.

Spy Smasher, both in the serial and in the original "Whiz Comics," didn't wear a flight jacket. The serial costume was remakably faithful to the comic outfit. The shirt was a collared, cuffed green shirt with a stitched diamond pattern in the center of the chest (The diamond was not coloured red like in the comic.). Yes, in some issues of the comic the costume was brown; the serial used the green version. I've seen photos of Kane Richmond's (Spy Smasher) original shirt . . . it's green (of course, somewhat faded now).
Spy Smasher did wear a leather pilot's helmet.
Perhaps you are thinking of another version of Spy Smasher with which I am not familiar.

This looks like it may be a leather jacket but hard to tell in pic.
the 2nd one is almost definately a flight jacket. Probably a standard A-2..

Guys, the reason the Rocketeer jacket discussion was allowed was because Wested announced they were preparing to creat a prototype. That's the ONLY reason it was allowed and left for others to read.
This has NOTHING to do with Indygear. If you want to find out more about this jacket, please discuss it via PM, or if you can convince Wested to pursue yet another prototype, then that can be announced here when that deal is made.
Ok, move along. Nothing more to see.
