Doug,
We've had a public holday today too. They may have had a lot of emails over the long weekend or a lot of spam or both. Perhaps leave it overnight and try again tomorrow.

Doug,
I emailed them around 9AM EST yesterday, and got an almost immediate response (within an hour). So I don't think there's anything wrong with their emailing capabilities...sorry.

Try emailing from a different address aswell. They've had filter issues in that past and that worked for me when I had trouble reaching through.

This happened to me too, I'm still waiting to see if the last email I sent yesterday makes it's way through.
Postmaster@wested.com never gets me through on replies to them it seems. It happens almost everytime I reply to them. Hope it gets through 'cause it was measurements that they asked for.
I know those folks at Wested are busy as can be though, so I'm just gonna be patient.
BTW, I searched for this thread and could not find it..I assumed it had been deleted or something. Then it pops back up now? Did I just screw up the search or was it truely gone for a while?

I just sent Wested an email the other day about rectangular sliders and x box stitching to see how much they'd cost (they're free!?!?) and I got a reply from Gemma in a few hours. I used the "contact us" page and submitted my email through the website. Maybe that'll work better for you guys?

Doug, what email address are you using?
Gemma@wested.com?
wested@wested.com?

I've used the '
wested@wested.com' email. About 20 minutes after posting this morning, I got an answer back from Gemma, so I'm beginning to wonder if their mailbox really IS full, or if it's an auto answer feature whenever an email is received, then that 'full mailbox' reply is automatically kicked out even if the mailbox is empty?
Hard to say.

I've always used
wested@wested.com, but as I mentioned I was sending a reply. I get a message that says the postmaster has attemped to deliver but the mailbox is full, other attempts will be made in the next couple of days...which is great, however you never get a simular message saying that it finally went through - so you're left not really knowing.

I'm guessing they are being spammed again, pehaps try the
gemma@wested.com one?
Although from my experience all it takes is someone sending a several meg image file by mistake and it can bring an email system to it's knees.

Man, hope I'm not responsible for their email troubles but I did send attachments in my message to them. Three to be exact, though I don't know how many meg they were
. I did that 'cause I wasn't able to just fax, what with the long distance and all. If that's a "no,no.." I opologize and plead complete ignorance, I really had no clue.

Yeah, it's probably your fault Doug!
Just bustin' on ya.
Anyway, I've been emailing back and forth with Gemma for a quite a while. With all my messages, they've bounced back twice. Once in the beginning, and just yesterday. Give them a couple of days to clear it out. If still no word, try them again in case your message got lost in the shuffle. I'm sure they aren't ignoring anyone. I've never dealt with more patient and helpful people.

Yep Gemma sent me a reply to my (lost) reply to her..so she obviously got it. The postmaster just doesn't send a note saying that the originally delayed message finally went through.
Think I just confused myself.
