IndyGear and its forum Club Obi Wan are a privately owned site and forum. Graphics created for the site and forum are owned by the artist who created them and given to the site for its use. Any original artwork created for the site is not to be considered public domain by the members of the forum or guests who visit.
Use of the site's graphics without prior consent for any means, replication, or on products to be sold will not be tolerated. If a member of the boards is found to have used artwork or graphics without consent, suspension and/or possible banishment will occur.
All material posted on the site and within the forum become sole property of Indygear.com.
Any information from indygear.com found copied to other other sites, without express written permission from the administration of indgear.com, may be grounds for dismissal from the forum membership.
If a posting member requests his/her post or thread removed, that request will honored as time allows.
Also, use of the name IndyGear or Club Obi Wan as representation to the sites in order to legitimize an event or raise funds for a prize or charity without consent is strictly forbidden. This will result in deletion of any offending member's account.
We have learned that members have used the COW moniker for a charitable task and have profited from doing so. For this reason, any funds to be collected for a charitable function, prize package or group order will be done so in coordination with a staff member. If a member would like to raise capital for a charitable event, he/she must first get permission to do so and then agree to let a staff member collect dues.
Failure to do either of these will result in banishment.
