Are these a new item? I could have swore I'd seen this shirt on there before.

Not a bad shirt but I don't care for the Kaki color it's too dark. I wonder what it would take to lighten it up without ruining the shirt and if it would be worth the trouble.

PH,

It is on their site all the time. I only posted it because of the Sale.

I've owned one before. It IS a nice, but VERY heavy weight cotton khaki shirt, and tends to shrink if tossed in a hot dryer after the first wash, so be careful when you first put it in the laundry.

It's best for wear in cooler wear, but they are very well made. The one I used to own shrank, and I ended up making it a short sleeve shirt. Not sure where it ended up, but they are definitely 'mil spec'.

How about the pants? They don't have any pleats, and the color is probably not right, and don't seem to have flaps on the back pockets...ok, maybe I just answered my own question.

Cabelas!

Post by Indy45 »

G-Mann,

Cabela's has a closer Stone color and the regular price is better - $25.95.

US Wings Indy SHirt...

Post by Capt_Zak »

I think G-MANN was just throwing the info out there for us that do not fancy the 65% polyester Cabela shirt. The Cabela is nice but hot as #### in warmer weather. The US Wings is 100% cotton so it does breath better than the Cabela shirt. And seeing that LL Bean changed the color of their 100% cotton Indy shirt...the US Wings looks like another good possibility. :D
