Leather swatches

Post by Dr. Jones Jr. »

Is there any way to get swatches of leather, does peter sitribute them, or even do some gearheads have them, i would like to examine them temporarily to compare the leathers. Obviously i would return them relatively quick. thanks in advance guys

yea i guess it is possible. Just read this thread, there are 2 pics posted with swatch comparrisons. But like people told me, dont just go by the swatches, cause the jacket looks differnt as a full piece.

Yes, Peter has sent out swatches in the past upon request. However, a couple of times, it took quite a while for the shipping. If you happen to be on the list to receive the IndyGear Journal, there is a set of swatches pasted in it.

I live in Toronto and my swatches got to me in less than a week. The nice people at wested never even asked me to pay for anything. Just shoot them an email and they'll get back to you. I'd send you mine but i'm in Europe for a while.

Yeah, I just requested some by email and they sent them. However, I had to do so twice. I waited a month or two after the first request (and a check up email some time in there which they said they had been sent) and I got nothing so I requested them again and they showed up in a couple weeks or so the second time, so I guess there's a set floating in USPS limbo some where.

You're lucky Dr. Jones Jr. I asked for some and they sent them but i waited for a couple of months and they didnt show up. I asked again and a couple months later the 2nd lot showed up. never got the first.
