Sorry i made a new topic, just wanted more people to comment, thought the new topic name would help.

I took all my measurements today and this should be all the info i need:

Chest: Actual 46 inch
if I breath in deep im closer to a 47-48
I'm expecting my chest and back to grow more still,
so should I say 48 for my chest?

Back length: 25.75

shoulder span: 21 inch (size of leather jacket I have that fits good)

Sleeve length: 25.75/26 (same jacket)

Dark Brown Goatskin
All cotton lining (im considering satin sleeves though)
2 1/2 inch Raiders Colar
Tapered Sleeves
Anodised Black Rectangular Slider buckle
Xbox Stiching
No zipper facing
Under arm Gussets
Action Pleats (do i have to mention these?)
extra inch at the front (kt templer told me to get this)

Do i tell Peter i want a 48 regular? I want a regular fit, but the measuremtnes for a 48 regular are not compeltely what i want, i only need the 48 inch chest.

That should be it, tell me if there is anything im missing still, or something i should consider. I want to email my order this week, hopefully by Wed, I just want to hear some opinions first.

Don't ask for a "size" just say "expanded chest measurement 48"" And you need to tell them your height.

Shhh! Not "Tell" .... "Suggest" . (not a Jedi Mind Trick!)

Action pleats are part of the Indy jacket and come as standard (apart from a couple of exceptional circumstances that I have heard of ), you don't have to ask for them.

For sleeve measurement probably go with the 26" an extra 1/4 inch won't make a lot of difference. Better a little long than too short. Usually the measurement is suggested to be shoulder seam to where your thumb joins your hand. Peter says shoulder seam to the wrist bone and add an inch. Do both measurements and see which you like the look of better.

Sleeves will appear shorter over time as they bunch up a little at the elbow with wear.

Did you measure yourself?

The breathing in shouldn't be a factor. It's just a measurement at your "relaxed" point that's loose enough to fit your fingers under the tape nicely without getting that tight feel.

thanks KT, and no Mr.Das I had my friend measure me. Should i include in my email to him that i lift and my chest may get bigger? Is regular fit and raiders fit the same? Updated order:

well i ordered my jacket today, I did it a day ahead of schedule. I ordered my delux fed, and a buch of gear from Todd last night too. Just need to order my shirt now, most likely from todd as well.

YAYYYY its christmas alllll over!!! I ahve sooo much stuff coming now. Im goign to order a better bag though, the singapore ebay one just isnt as good looking anymore. When it comes ill sell it on ebay again for about 30 bucks. Hopefully i get a buyer. Im goign to either get the $45 origional bag, or todds bag. My hat should be here about teh same time as my jacket. Honestly i sjut want the ### whip so i can get cracking. CRACKKKKK
