Can you buy a voucher?

Hey guys - my birthday is coming up in March, and my Cotton Wested is starting to get a little small, so I'm planning ahead... is it possible to buy a voucher from Wested... like the ones we got at the QM? Maybe you pay the base price of the jacket now, and then pay shipping, prices for any mods, etc., later on. Is this possible? Has anybody ever tried it?

Sorry if this is a dumb question...

In Christ,
Shane

give Wested a call or drop them a E-mail.

Since Peter gave out vouchers at the QM, I bet he'd be willing to entertain this. But hearing from Peter is best. You can PM him here at 'Peter', too.

I shot off an email from their site - we'll see what they say back to me.

I'll keep you updated.

Sorry to have to ask (I'm a bit of a moron sometimes) but what is the advantage of buying the jacket via voucher? Just curious . . .

Congrats, though, Shane!

The advantage is this...
Um... well... I'm growing out of my Cotton Wested, and I'm saving up for a new one, but I don't want it yet - however, if I get the right amount of cash, I'll buy the voucher so that a) I don't spend the money... or b) my younger sibling doesn't spend the money... (Sometimes she does this fun magic trick where my money disappears...)

Shane

Think 'gift card'. This makes getting someone else to pay for your Wested a little more convenient. ;) Or for those of you who just can't think of the perfect gift for the next Secret Santa exchange... ;)

A-ha! Good times! Thanks for the explanation! Shane, as for your little sister with your cash... well, lets just say I know a little trick with a valuable item being placed on a pedestal surrounded by poison dart traps... what? You've heard this one??
