New pic of HJ ribbon.......

Post by Fedora »

I am using the HJ ribbon now on all of the Indy fedoras. Thought I would let you see what it looks like on the hat. Nice contrast. Here is the bow side:

This one gives you an idea of what this ribbon looks like on my color of brown. Notice the distorted brim too. :D

Anyways, I had a request to post a pic once I got it in, and on a hat. Regards, Fedora

Well, I was pretty convinced, that I had found the original Raiders ribbon, but this pictures killed the very last doubts - if there were any left.

Things tend to look a tiny bit different on photographs or on screen and this is EXACTLY what I see on my screen, when I watch the DVDs \:D/

And it's brown folks!!!! Not black!

Steve would you give some info on the specs of this hat please?

Regards,

Marc

Believe it or not Marc, it is 5 1/2 open crown, 2 7/8 by 2 3/4 brim. The front shot makes it appear to be taller, but it is just the angle. Angles, I hate em" Fedora

Does this effect the Grey AB?

Post by Kilgour Trout »

Here's a completely goofy question..but does the discovery of the ribbon effect the Grey AB in any way? I'd think that the small number of Grey purchases wouldn't warrant the cost of chasing down the corresponding ribbon.

Sorry to ask...I think my anticipation of a new LC grey and Not seeing the sun for over a month is effecting my brain   .

P.s. Hey Steve :D have you received any new hat bodies from your feltmaker?

Warm Regards

Have you noticed how we've gone from Monty Python derailers to Young Frankenstein derailers?

You guys are way too funny!

But what language is that you are using there? "Frankenstein", "Frau", ... that's no English, isn't it? Sounds ... uh ... kind of strange and ... yeah ... strange. 8)
