Found Letap...

Post by matei »

... in a dodgy shop on Oxford Street in London. There were two types, the red can and the heavier black can, however I didn't know which to buy at the time. Now I know from the pic up on the jacket FAQ - it is the black can. It'll be a while tho' before I go back to pick some up as I'm quite busy.

Just out of curiosity - does anyone have any experience with Wilson's Leather Creme? I got it when I bought a lambskin jacket in NY last year. It isn't the spray on stuff, it is a whitish creme that one applies with a rag, lets sit and then buffs off.

Cheers,

Mat

So... I went back and picked up a can of Letap. Wow...

It is so easy to apply. The jacket is very soft after application and only slightly darker. This is some cool stuff!
