I'm off for Peru tomorrow with my wife and Adventurebilt.
I have a blog, if anyone is interested..
http://craiginperu.blogspot.com/
I plan on taking my Adventurebilt all over the place there, including the four day trek on the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. I know the AB will survive just fine, I just hope I do! The trek covers 45 kilometers and climbs three big passes over 13,000 feet! We'll also be treking in the world's deepest canyon, Colca Canyon, and hanging out at Lake Titicaca.
I hope you can check in every once in awhile.
Regards, Kaleponi Craig

Good luck Craig, have fun. Wear the hat everywhere, no matter what the conditions are like. Remember, you can always get a re-block.

Right! On Fedora's words it seems that they became more and more hard-to-taper everytime you reblock them
Tell us if you find any secret anyway
and bring back good pics

I'm definitely not worried about the hat. I know it will make it through all sorts of conditions. I just hope I'm up to it! The second day of the trek we have a 4000 foot climb to 13,800 feet. OUCH!

Have fun and keep safe! There were some nasty mudslides in Cusco and the area very recently.

You are going to some incredible places and you have the perfect hat to take with you. Make sure to get some great pictures and also take time to just savour the beauty of the place and absorb some of the culture too.
The Machu Pichu trek has some particularly stunning scenery.
For Colca Canyon make sure to bring a zoom lens to get some shots of the Condors.

It's cool to be you.
Looking forward to more awesome pics.
Let us know how arduous that MP trek is ... I'd like to go there someday.
Have fun!
