Ordering an Adventurebilt

I'm thinking about ordering an Adventurebilt but I face a dilema. I measured my head and it's 53 cm (I'm 1.72 tall) and I'm wondering: At this size the specifications of the hat (crown: 5 ½ (5.5) inches, brim (front & back): 2 Ύ (2.75) inches brim (sides): 2 5/8 (2.625) inches) should remain the same? Since Harrison wore a 58 woudn't it look too big on my head or it doesn't matter? I contacted Steve and he said that he can cut it down a bit but I would like to ask for your opinion. Is there anyone who has a hat from Steve at size 53? What does he think of it? Did he had to cut it down or he left it just as it was? :?:

Let Steve worry about that! He knows hats. And he knows faces.

I'm with Ken. Matching a hat to you is Steve's speciality and artistry. Tell him your concerns and he'll address them. The man knows hats! :D

Fedora knows how incrediblty finnicky I am about my hats, especially since I collect vintage hats. If he can make me happy, he'll make you happy. Trust the man, he knows what he's doing!
