About to take the plunge!

Greetings all!
I've always liked the jackets Harrison Ford wore in the Indiana Jones films, however I never knew that they were commercially available. Thanks to the power of the Internet, I learned about this interesting forum from the members on the Fedora Lounge! I live in London, so in the near future I will endeavour to take a trip down to Wested and see if they can fit me for a jacket.
I've had too many leather jackets that looked good but didn't last more than a few years (soft leather, lousy quality), so I'd like to order a goat (or horsehide if possible) jacket, made to some of the exacting specs that others have posted on this forum! That is the genius of the Internet in practice - people sharing their knowledge and experience with others...
I am not the most knowledgeable punter when it comes to ROTLA or jackets, but I have put together a list of things I'd like... How are the lads at Wested in dealing with the public and their exacting standards? From what I've read, they certainly seem very patient... I imagine they must be quite busy - the last thing I want to do is show up and cramp their style!
