My Rabbit Adventurebilt arrived today. \:D/ Im still in shock that I actually own one of these amaizing hats.It was a little over a month ago when I placed the order and now its here.I had Steve give it a Raven bar bash, which he did a awesome job on and it looks like he "turned" it too.Ill have pics up ASAP.I wanted to ask the AB owners here what can I do to soften up the hat? and since it appears that steve turned the hat, adjusting the brim is somewhat diificult.anbody got any ideas as to how I can give my hat a Raven bar style brim?

Welcome to the Rabbit AB Club! The best I can tell you is to just work some curl into the brim with your hands. The best way to soften up the hat is to simply use it. It will keep looking better and better as time passes! :)

Congrats!! Looking forward to pics.

PS Erri-Wan had a threat earlier on getting the Raven Bar brim.

Knead the hat in your hands like dough, or sit on it a couple of times. That will soften it up.

thanks everyone for the kind words.so far ive been tweaking with the brim, ive been looking at erri wans Raven bar style tutorial and Striders Raiders Swoop tutorial so by the time i post pics it should be just how i want it.also i took striders advice and sat on it twice and i even kneaded it  and it does make a difference in softening it up.

Erri, that hat gets better and better every time you tweak it here and there! You're definately getting the touch.

Indiana Williams, post as soon as you can. I have an Akubra Federation Deluxe and love the rabbit. It's such a light, rugged hat.

Don't forget, the more you wear your fedora, the more you'll wear your fedora.

Looking good is one of the few addictions I endorse... (as I take a break between posts to refill my coffee...)

Darn it, Indiana Ken. You tricked me good...I thought your avitar movie was a scene from Raiders..I kept looking at it thinking ,"what part was that?" then after about 10 minutes it dawned on me....Very awesome job on the film. WOW!
Indiana williams.....great looking hat..you look very comfortable in it and that is going to compliment the hat all the way around!
