Goat vs. Distressed Cow?

On the same lines as Doug C's thread what are the wrinkling aging characteristics of the little mentioned distressed Cow in comparison to the Goat?
I have samples of all 3 and I am surprised with Pagey's comment that the goat will take on wrinkes and "Character" more readily than the lamb.

I've always considered Cow hide to be less likely to wrinkle up and develope character (quickly) than the others. But that is based on the Cow hide leather jacket I have that came out of a Harley shop in '73, it looks practically new though (to be fair) it hasn't really been used as much as it should. I think a thinner (read lambsTouch) Cow hide would be much closer to Lamb or Goat - this is why I didn't consider getting it again.

I guess it depends on the hide itself...I have an Avirex A-2 in cowhide (built like a Sherman tank!) that I bought in 1985...it has wrinkeled, distressed naturally, formed to my body (caught in a soaking rain once) and doesnt have a darned tear, scratch, or rip on it depsite almost two decades of gross abuse here in the US, all over China, and beyond.
