Ordered an Adventurebilt!

Post by Kaleponi Craig »

Well, I finally did it and ordered my first Adventurebilt from Fedora. I"ve been reading the rave reviews here for the past year or so and after a couple of bad experiences with other Indy hats, decided to go with the best. I ordered a Venice Pier scene style in a pure beaver.

I'll be going to Peru in a couple of months and hopefully hiking on the Inca Trail, so the hat will be put to some good use. I'll post pics once I get the hat

Nice to see someone opting for something else other than a Raiders style. :D

What other indy hats you bought in the past?
My first was a Miller hat and the second was a Lee Keppler. Both have tapered badly after a couple of good rains. Fedora fixed my Keppler, but it was still worth it for me to order the best Indy hat in existence.

When you'll receive your AB could you post a review of the three hats in comparison?

Venice pier aye, I presume you are going for a more 'formal' look.

Does anyone have pictures of the AB in the Venice Pier scene and various Raiders scenes so we can place them side by side and compare the different styles?
