Does anybody knows, for sure,if Wested keeps a record from the measurement of every jacket ordered, of every customer he has had? or if ordering a second jacket needs measurement again?

They can look up your history, but it's easier for them if you have the Order Number handy.

Its also a good idea to keep a note of measurements yourself just in case hard disks ever get wiped or files get lost.
