For those of you looking for an excellent whip holder (albeit not screen accurate) Benjamin Scott, AKA Whipartist, has made an improvement to his most excellent holder! Have a look-

Adam, don't you make a copy of his first model? In cowhide? How has it stood up to running and jumping and vigorous activity?
have a nice day.

TR;
I have one of Adam's whipholders. It's great, let me tell you.
HERE is my post about it. In short; it works like a charm!

I have one of whip artist's whip holders and used in Templars... all I can say was that it worked fantastically - its the only thing I have ever found that keeps the whip in place through ANYTHING.

Yea,
He really perfected a way to stop a whip from slipping.
There really is no other way to make one that works
as good. When I add this one to my website, Im going
to link to his page, and give him credit for creating it,
since he did, I dont want to be like one of thoes major
corperations that runs around stealing peoples ideas.
texas,
I use mine when I go hiking and it never slips. I also ran a few miles
with the whip holder on to see if it would slip at all, and it did not slip.
IndyMcFly also has one now, I sent it to him for his fan film.
So theres a grand total of 2 people that own them now.
