Love the speed bag. Alot of fun, especially when drunk. Can you do it with the elbows yet?

Prairie,
I think you are the first with the speed bag. The hat looks great.

I believe there are photos of Michaelson in a meat locker wailing away on a side of beef with Sly Stallone looking on in amazement. :D

Actually, I was just trying to cut off a steak, and Sly was there telling me the best way to do it.... 8) Regards! Michaelson

Argh...can we not relive the beefcake pictures of Michaelson, PLEEEZE?

PJ - Were your gloves broken in yet? Just wondering how hard that was on your hands...seems like a good way to rub those knuckles raw!

Those gloves are pretty broken in. I usually work the speed bag bare knuckle or with handwraps on. I have found that the Indy gloves work great for hitting the heavy bag.
