Fedora Side Profiles

Hey Folks,
I have a question regarding the Fedora side profile:
Do you guys have pics of yourselves wearing your Fedoras in
side profile?
I just got my first Fedora and although the front profile looks great, it seems a little tight, plus the side profile (of me in my hat) doesn't seem to match pics I've seen.
For example, the crown (not the brim, the crown) - just seems like it should be longer ... especially when I tilt it back towards my neck.
Here is an example:

I read on Indygear/COW they used all kinds of different hats and looks throughout the series, but am really curious what is considered a reasonable side profile (crown
length).
Really appreciate any pics and advice that anyone can provide !!

Jeez, you
would ask me that ...
OK, let me figure out the self-timer on my digital camera.
I should probably post them in the AB thread or Strider may get medieval on me ...

This is the only profile shot I have. As I remember it was taken the day after I got it.

spooky, I just saw your pics of you and your Adventurebilt. I think you need to break it in. Just wear and handle it. I take off my hat by grabbibg the right side ( non ribbon side) . Right between my right ear and right eye. this has really given that look you are talking about. when I hold my hat in my hand , I hold it on the left side ( ribbon side) when I'm not wearing it .I don't know if this is helpful or clear but I'll have to post pics.

Nice "This belongs to..." tag.
I've never seen an AB sweatband before, what does that second line say?

Thanks for the advice and the photos, jpenman
I was concerned the crown was not long enough ... I think it is the taper (right term?) that I need to work on ... as you mentioned.

The sweatband reads:
Adventurebilt Hat Co
Handmade
Fine Fur Felt
It is a very nice sweatband both in appearance and feel. Fedora even has a vintage press that he can use to press out your initials into the sweatband if you desire.

It's the card that makes the inside of the sweatband seriously cool.
The card Steve sends out with his hats has his business information and contact info on the front, but on the back...well, that's where it gets interesting. The back says: "Like #### it's yours! Put it back! This hat belongs to....You can get one like it from...."

Thanks Spooky, for the pics of that great hat, they makes me want to go ahead and order an AB. I haven't even broken in my new Akubra yet though. Keep the pics coming.
