Michealson:Non-Firearm Indy-style holster?

Post by Gorak »

With all the talk about having holster specially made, I was wondering of it was possible to have a holster made for my cell-phone or PDA that matches the Raiders holster? Basically without the sleeve for the barrel..just kinda squared off instead at the bottom.
Thing is, I don`t mess with guns at all and I definitely carry my PDA with me everywhere. Now I love to use my gear as much as possible so I would be hard up wearing a gun holster to the mall or movies and such. But to still keep the look, I was curious if any of these holster companies would make me something like that so that I could use it all the time. It would look great on my Lee Keppler gunbelt. I`ve written Lee about it but I saw in your earlier post that you mentiuoned another company that would customize holsters.....just wondering, thanks

That is the most original idea I've heard in a long time. How about a glasses case?

Why not?

There are a lot of custom leather workers in the business who would probably be MORE than willing to take on a project like this for you. Check around in your area, or do a web search for one. The same folks who make custom holsers can probably create this very item for you. I even had a custom holster made by my local shoe repairman. He doesn't advertise this craft, but does it on the side. You proably have the very type same source in your backyard, and didn't know it. Regards. Michaelson
