My recommendations in no particular order. These are all whip makers and/or whip vendors that I have either had the pleasure of cracking their whips or I have heard consistent high praise for. All of these vendors sell an honest product.

There are a lot more honest whip makers out there besides who I have listed but these are my top picks. I would love to own a whip from all of these establishments. You can get more links by checking out the whip section on the main IndyGear page.

Please post your choices as well.

Good list Kyle. I would add the following:

Drew's Whips
-Good Reputation in States. Noted for his wooden handled bullwhip. Gorgeous!

Russell Shultz (Australia)
- Another amazing Aussie. Has done well at Australian whipmaking exhibitions. He has mentored young Joe Strain on occassion and really refined Joe's work.
Contact info is only via email: schwhip@dynamite.com.au or can be purchased from Mark Allen

Janine Fraser (Australia)
- Another amazing Aussie. I have seen her work regularly along with Russell Shultz. In fact these 2 are sold through Mark Allen.
Contact info: Fraserwhips@hotmail.com or Mark Allen.

In my opinion you can't go wrong with any of these recommendations from Kyle and this set.
