Hello,
I was wondering, if Indiana Jones used a WWI Webley holster in the film then why are there so many replica holsters (MBA, Lee Keppler) being made and bought? Original hosters in new or used condition seem to be pretty easy to find and they sell for quite a bit less than the replica holster. Is there something I'm missing here?

That's a great question, considering most here prefer the original MKVII's to repros. I've personally never seen an authentic issue holster that's a dead match for the Raiders holster. This is the look most of us go for, so you have to get into repros, like Lee's, which is about as dead-on as a guy could want. The ToD and LC holster is a different story, though. I've seen those in the authentic variety.
