Hello all!
Today, my new Adventurebilt fedora arrived, and it is absolutely
perfect...and fits like a glove! Here are the specs:
- Pure Beaver Felt
- Styled after the "Cairo Street Fight Scene" from "Raiders"
- size 6 7/8
This is my first real Indy hat that I have ever owned & I wish that I could post pics of this baby here at COW. However, MANY thanks to the members here at Indygear for directing me to Steve at Adventurebilt!!
It was a pleasure doing business with Steve/Fedora at Adventurebilt and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a quality-made hat indeed!

As long as you have been around this place, it is hard to believe that you did not have an Indy fedora. Well, you started out with the best, my friend. Congratulations. I am sure that you will enjoy the new hat. I am looking forward to seeing it the next time that we hook up in Gettysburg.

Oh yes, I hope to get pictures of this baby hopefully soon, or I may wait until the G-burg / Lancaster events and take pics of it, and of everyone in their gear also! I can't wait!
When I first wrote in the Fedora section, here at COW several weeks ago asking about a good Indy hat, I mentioned how I "wasn't much of a hat wear-er"....now....I am a changed and a converted man, lol!

I got mine today, the day I see the premiere of the final Star Wars ever. How cool is that? (I may insert the ticket stub in the ribbon).
Its great. I got it Raven style, though I think after messing with it and some use it will quickly acqure a *natural* SOC look.
Its a little darker coler wise than I expected, but looks and fits great.
Big shout out to Steve for the excellent product and service!
