Are these boots still available? I need a pair of 13's. If anybody has a pair, let me know.

Yes and no. They show up on their web site from time to time...and then
sell out very rapidly, especially when on sale. So a search on here for
'jcrew' or 'rugged' for some other Alden alternatives that may work for
you.
