Certainly works for a holster of the "Golden Age" but it lacks some of the timeless quality of the leather. The 37 pattern does have a handy attachment point for an ammo pouch, that helps attach the whole thing to your web belt, though. Plus, even though it was designed for the .38 Webley, and the S&W, a .45 or Browining will fit, as well.

The P37 will work okay, Like Jack said they were made for the 380 revolvers and will take the Browning HP pistol.
If I were you I would look for a Canvas 455 Holster. These were made for the larger frame Webley Mk6s; and similar S&W and Colt revolvers that were reissued during WW2.
They sell for the same amount but they look much more authentic. Having the same general shape as the Sam Brown models and are close for size.
The Canadian issue models are pretty prevelant on the market at the moment and have a very nice Golden Green look to them. They are the same time period as the P37s and all the attachments will work. The one drw back is they are slanted for cross-draw carry.
