Yup. I've seen it around and it pops up on COW every now and then. I think I remember someone visiting the factory... Not entirely sure though, needs some diggin'!

No Tom those guys were a different company - and they
ceased and desisted after an email from either Chris King or Wested, I believe.

For what its worth...I visited San Diego Leather a couple of years ago while at a conference in town out there. I was underwhelmed. I was looking for a potential replacement for my Avirex A-2 Cowhide...saw their cheap proces and decided to check them out. Nope. Check out the Indy jacket they sell...the back panel is NOT one piece...it has a seam down the middle. Sorry folks
