U.S. Wings bullwhips

A question to satisfy my curiosity. About four years ago I purchased an 8 ft. roo hide bullwhip from U.S. Wings. Does anybody have any idea who might have supplied bullwhips for them in that time frame? It's an Australian style and a dark whiskey color. Also, did anyone else here perhaps purchase one from U.S. Wings around that time and what do you think? In my humble opinion I think it's almost better than my David Morgan. I really like the heavy feel it has.

Later.

Well, as you probably know US Wings does not have a staff of whip makers. If you look at their pictures, they are awfully similar to Western Stage Props (Mark Allen). They in fact get all of their whips from WSP. In that time frame that you refer to, you probably received a WSP whip made by....Joe Strain. About 4 years ago, Joe was making those bullwhips, tight and heavy. Ain't nothing wrong with that....
