I was playing with my black Toht hat I just got back from Fedora and while doing a search, I found a picture on T.I.E. that shows a Raiders pinch and bash on Toht's fed. I did a search and found some posts and pics on C.O.W. of the Toht replica hat, but no mention of the bash or pinch being almost identical to Indy's lid. Any nays or yeas?

All you really have to do is look at the film to see what kind of felt it was and what the bash was. You can especially see it when he takes off his hat and wipes his head off while walking to the Ark alter. There's also great clips of it while he's in the staff car during the truck chase. It's definitley not an Indy bash.

The second photo of yours seems to show the Raiders pinch quite well. If that hat was brown and did not have a bound edge, would it not look like an Indy hat?

No, not really. Different crown size, different ribbon size, and a different bash. It's more of a teardrop bash, pushed way down in the back and the front pinch is only at the very top of the pinch.
Sort of similar at a glance, but still waaaay off in the details.
