I am new to COW and decided at the last minute to try and put together a Indy costume for Halloween. I called Todd and he was extremley helpful. He went through everything I might need and too the time to make sure my HJ fedora would be the correct size. Great customer service and the quality of their products are also great. I have the HJ Fedora, hoslter, bag, web belt, gun belt and whip holder. Todd was able to get everthing together and ship it out to me by today so I could wear it to work. I just wanted to let everyone know if they need a good quality part they cannot beat Todd for sevice and deliver. My wife loves the bag and thinks she is going to get it after Halloween it may be a good way to weather it since people tend to look at guys carring bags funny or at least they have looked at me stange today when I went to the store and Post office.

Why's everyone call Indy gear a costume?! It's how a great many people used to dress in the 1930's and 40's...

I've also had a great experience with Todd -- he's a true gentleman and very down to earth.

re: the costume question above...in reality, all clothilng is considered 'costumes', if you look up or care for precise meanings....and, in the case of Indy Gear or anything designed for theatre, presentations, motion pictures, etc., they are always referred to as costumes. I tend to agree with your way of thinking, however Snake...to me, Superman's outfit isn't a costume to him -- more of a uniform, if you will. Same with Batman, etc. W>

Todd is very good to work with... and at this rate, him coming up with more and more gear for us, I think he might put Lee Keppler out of a job. (EDIT: I don't mean to sound excited at that, just noticing it) The lead times are great, the products are top-notch. . .

I went on a bit of a shopping spree on toddscostumes.com myself yesterday - picked up his basic holster, adjustable whip holder and strap buckle all in one fell swoop. I'll post some pics of the stuff once it all comes in. I'll probably work on the holster myself once it comes in in terms of finishing the edges and applying the grooves along the edge of the flap and straps and such...

There are grooves on the strap, and I think that the holster's edges may also be finished. But again, you'll have to see, when it all arrives.

McFly, I think it's just the Deluxe version that has the grooves.
