How do we know that, Matt?

Let's use the hospital example again. He's there for some mundane stuff when the injured kid arrives (drive by shooting? I can't recall the scenario exactly), which leads into his tale.

Who's to say that he doesn't go home to Marion and gets a visit from his kids every other weekend? Maybe he goes to a gentlemen's adventurer's club and talks it up there.

Again, we're maybe reading too much into these segments to make definitive statements like this.

Rob - I'd like to think he spends his days like old Alan Quartermaine residing in his gentleman's club in Africa in the beginning of League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

Couldn't help ALL through LOEG feeling that Connery based his Quartermaine on his experiences working in LC.

Picture Indy cutting the sleeves off his jacket (no, I can't either) to keep the brunt of it but make it work in a warmer clime...

Hmm...got to 4 hats (100 posts) in less than two weeks...yeah, I'm going on a self-imposed no-COW for 24 hours. See you Friday.

For correctness' sake, I should point out that I figured out this was a leap I was making myself, nothing really you can point to in the movie. Clarification here in a Lao Che thread: http://www.indygear.com/forum/viewtopic ... 609#113609
