Heck, I don't know how you'd do it. You're the hat maker. All I know is the way you are responding here is not helping either your case or your business.

Why should I do anything for you? All I did was answer one question about our technique and get called all kinds of things. Ask this of other vendors.
You answered the question in a categorical and absolutist way.

No they do not.
Like you know everything, about your own pre-aging technique, and also OTHERS technique.
And this is extremely disrespectful with other hatmakers.

The problem with this kind of statement is, members tend to believe it, and conditioning their purchase choice.
Conditioned by a complete LIE.

You can advertise and promote your hats, with all the marketing strategies you want, but there's no reason to be disrespectful.

I still haven't had my second cup of coffee guys.... ](*,)

Look, a hatmaker's technique is theirs.

Like any vendor.

If they don't want to divulge an answer as to how they do it that's it. End of story.

Steve may have shared things in the past. Steve may have done a lot of things, but he's not here and no hat maker needs to share anything if they do not want to.

You can buy from them or not, but calling them out for not showing the details?!?!? Really?!?!?

Customer: "I'm sorry Mr Gates but unless to tell me how Microsoft does..."

Mr Gates: "Yeah go, buy an Apple'

If you want to argue take it outside.
