who says that the temple jacket is the hawai jacket or bantu wind jacket?
thats not correct...

By the low yoke alone the Bantu Wind jacket isn't the Hawaii jacket.

Yes, it is stacked over the shoulder seam to end right at the sleeve.
I know it's a popular modification, I'm not convinced any jacket was actually made that way though.
I believe it 'appears' as if it is in some scenes but it's because of perspective and illusion of the photography.

NB, I would think Platon's thread on the 2 main collars used would be helpful in identifying which jacket is which throughout the movie.
