I did come to this site years ago and stated I had the Stetson TOD hat, and I was torn to shreds because I would not provide photos etc, so I never bothered again. I understand now, but you know how that is. Indiana Jones movie props/ costumes create a lot of discontent because everyone has an preconcieved idea on what something "should be" vs sometimes what it actully is
Henry, are you by chance also known as TCBCOLLECTOR? If you are, sorry for how it ended last time. If you are not, you are not the first to be torn in shreds for the same reason... and, of course, welcome on board :D.

Yes I was. No problem I understand the inquiries. I was a bit "private" as well, so I can understand to a point. When I posted the info at that time, a few friends of mine had been scammed on some movie costumes that were copied by some Ebayer. So I was too nervous to post any photos. Now I simply don't becuase some people are just rude. Sorry. I am always willing to give any info on the hat, with exception of something that is particular that could devalue my own (i.e. production #'s, and interior information, things of that nature which have no bearing on copies) although ironicly enough at one point I had photos of the interiors online, until a fellow collector pointed out the error of my ways. Actually I had posted my private photos in error, and when it was brought to my attention I revised the pics online. Not long after that I got the infamous letter from you know who requesting/ demaning the removal of the Indy 4 pieces. So I just took everything down. Its not worth the bother.
