Great Marc, also the best one, in my opinion.
Simple is better. - Can't wait to see the final "Henry" : )
Had some minor detail suggestions though, but was too slow to post:

I should go for gold lettering... it's nicer than black

Here's what I went with:
Adventurebilt Hat Co.
The Henry
Fine beaver blend
Regards,
Marc
I think that was the right decision.

Awesome Marc!
I still think the "beaver blend" is information that doesn't really serve a purpose, but simple is good.
Gold lettering would be cool. I would keep the lettering and such the same as your new website design. Keep everything consistent.

I think it should have the entire script from CS on it...printed REALLY small.

Yes, I think this is the best.
I Agree. Marc, this is simple and sharp. Just the thing Indy's hat should be.

Sorry Marc, I don't like the phrase "good enough", especially in quotes to be on a quality hat from Adventurbilt. Leave that to the web site and advertising.

I like the "fine beaver blend". I've been looking at vintage hats recently, and the sellers can never tell you what a hat is made of, unless it's written on it. So just think how nice that would be 50 years from now, when someone is buying a vintage Adventurebilt "Henry" on ebay.

By then there will be replicators with the push of a button, or at least a machine that will show you the molecular make-up of anything, like a tri-corder or something

Even though it's been posted ad nauseam everywhere else, obviously, this needs to be posted in the Fedora section, as well:

Winner. It's funny, catchy, AND true.
