Well, I asked for a jacket that is a bit longer then that cos I didn't feel all too comfortable with that but now, with those extra inches it feels great!Tennessee Harper wrote:I'm still getting used to wearing the short jacket also. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I find myself tugging at the back a lot, but I guess I'll get used to it eventually.

The US Wings jacket, I believe, is patterned after the LC jacket, which I'm thinking is in between the TOD and Raiders in length. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. The Raiders should hang just below the belt.Rixter wrote: my USWings jacket fits, which is longer, and which is nearly 1 1/2" longer than my A-2's.
But then my USWings Indy always did seem a bit too long???

Whoa, this thread had slipped by me somehow.
When I was looking at those caramel-colored pics of the Wested, I was ready to cancel my order.
Pyr, I'm glad you posted the additional photo b/c although I understand lighting conditions, etc. I got a bit passionate when I saw the caramel jacket---it looked like a big piece of candy or something but that's just my "taste" in jackets--I don't care for the lighter colors. "Seal" is about as light as I would like to go.
Regards,
I.J.
p.s.-- welcome to COW, Flash!
