I don't know.... After all of this, I think I can at least say with some accuracy that, very much to his credit, Indy must have seriously remembered and heeded the voice of his dear departed mother: "Be sure to change your socks, dear, and wear clean underwear." Or maybe it was all the time in the trenches in WWI that opened his eyes.... Now that could produce some serious toejam that we'd all like to avoid. Dr. Scholl's Foot Powder, anyone?
