So, what off the rack sized shirt do you normally wear marc? I normally wear large shirts - I am about 5' 9" and weigh 190. I think I may have to go for an XL!
Also, any word on shrinkage? these are 100% cotton, right?

It's a very high quality cotton, similar to what is used on the NH shirts. I've never heard of anyone having problems with shrinkage on those.
The 2nd. prototype - which was made from the same material - didn't crawl at all from being in the washer.
