So, what off the rack sized shirt do you normally wear marc? I normally wear large shirts - I am about 5' 9" and weigh 190. I think I may have to go for an XL!The shirts are cut slim / athletic I'm above 6' tall weighting 165 pounds and the size large fits like a glove. Not baggy at all and a great feel to wear. If I wouldn't know it better myself, I'd think it's made to measure

It's a very high quality cotton, similar to what is used on the NH shirts. I've never heard of anyone having problems with shrinkage on those.
The 2nd. prototype - which was made from the same material - didn't crawl at all from being in the washer.
