A bit late to this thread but RIP sir.
Peter was a true gent, would pick me up at the train station to run back to the barn.
A pleasure to work with and a load of fun to boot.

Yeah, it's been two years ago this month since he passed.

Hi All,
Hopefully everyone I recall chatting with or doing business with on these forums (and the RPF) is ok especially with everything going on currently in the world. My last post was May 2009. Ive visited a couple of times since then but haven't really posted. Ive kept track of Bill Kelso's progress on his jackets (amazing garments---all of them!) and I have fond memories of meeting Tony Nowak, handling the Hero jacket and meeting his son.
In any case, I just came across this and couldn't believe it. I spoke to Peter once over the phone literally over a decade ago. He was such a nice guy. Really amazing business he had in Kent, such a small place. I owned several of his jackets over the years, buying mostly from him (I did pick up a few second hand).
In any regard, I just wanted to give my condolences to his family. He was a wonderful guy who's signature work will continue to be proudly worn by fans all over the world.
Best
R'Son
