Hey Holt I don't know if you have recognised but Han Jones LC Jacket even had the Brown Snaps.
Tony is so much into detail! That's really great!
I just think the snaps from the movie jackets were a tad smaller.
But who cares..

MOD EDIT: overszed pictures
This what I based the jacket on. I can tell already that this hide will relax and hang like it should.

It's a superb job Han.
Hard to believe looking at those pics that the original apparently wasn't cow.

Keep? With five jackets you won't wear them out.

Apart from the differences, if any, this is the absolute best repro LC jacket I have ever seen.

I just talked with Tony and he said this Cowhide leather is really special. It's an italian Cowhide.
It's really the leather he recommends for the LC jacket.
About the pocket size/shape of Han Jones. Tony said that's the way Christopher wanted the pockets.
So you have to decide what you want and Tony will make it so.
I can't wait till I've got this jacket!

I think your jacket is by-far the most beautiful, most SA, and most unique jacket I've seen so far. I've never been a big fan of the LC jacket b/c of the distressing....but you've changed my mind!! I love your jacket! When I saw it, I was amazed and shocked at how beautiful and SA it is! I've never seen a LC that just captured my attention like yours has! Congrats on a FANTASTIC jacket!! :notworthy: \:D/

Had I've known how good TN's LC turned out to be, I would've never bought the CS jacket.....it now looks ugly by comparison.

Oh well, time to crack open that wallet yet again! :-0

It's all your fault, Han! :whip:

I spoke to Tony today and the leather he used for my jacket is 975.00. I had already paid for the jacket before he had this leather that was actually meant for something else. It is on the level of the shrunked lamb.

So did it take 12 jackets to finally get the perfect jacket, or do you have a different jacket for each different scene in the series? I mean, I can see differences between jackets in Raiders, ToD, LC, and CS, but what are the other 8 jackets for?
With Tony I always get what I want the first time. I have one TN from each movie. I do have another CS. I will eventually have 2 of each, one to wear and one to keep. I also have a G&B in the mix and it is a great jacket. I have tried to sell the Westeds with no luck. I don't use them anymore so I will just store them. You never know when you might need them. They did serve their purpose at one time but I will always wear my Nowaks and the G&B from here on.
Why the H*ll would you want to just have a jacket that you never wear unless it was a screen used one? That just sounds retarded to me. #-o JMO

I wouldn't have that many jackets if I could get rid of some of my westeds. I gave one away..and the person gave it back. Oh well I have never been one to care what anyone thinks, the LC will not be my last jacket that is for sure. :whip:

Good for you Han. How many jackets you have and why is no one's business to question.

If you don't want the Westeds you should think about the Rescue Mission or something like that (the Salvation Army has become very commercial and like a vintage clothing shop for my tastes). You can even write it off as a gift for your taxes!

Or, you could always donate an unwanted jacket or piece of gear for the raffle giveways at the FL or QM summits. (hint hint ;) )

Love the rich color and the grain developing next to the pocket. The distressing is quite nice and not excessive (better than the movie to me).

Who did the distressing, you or Tony?

- Mac
This was right out of the box. Tony did all the distressing. When we spoke about that part of the jacket he simply said "I know what to do"
I guess Tony told himself to 'really beat the $%^& out it.'
