UK site for bag straps and buckles
Guys,
After al the enquiries for the recent buckle I found, I was toying with the idea of putting
up a site to sell them and straps with them attached. As the site says shipping Kepler's
from the US is real expensive, so this is a cost cutting exercise for UK Gearheads.
Anyway the site is at: http://www.lost-ark.net
Your comments are welcome.

Yeah,
I haven't enabled the Paypal links as I haven't commited to going live with the site just yet.
But they will be links to me as I will be selling them as things stand.
I have the sources in place to offer these, but just getting things in order first, but it's a bit
daunting...
Thanks for the comments.

I do agree with you on the example strap colour, it's not screen accurate but I like the contrastTollan wrote:I think that the strap could do with possibly being a bit darker though... more of a kind of 'choclate brown' .....
to the wested. It is also much darker in normal light.
I do plan to offer a choice of colours on the page as the straps will be custom made. However,
I should perhaps get a screen accurate strap on there or at least get some sample leather
colour piccies.

The site http://www.lost-ark.net is up and running thanks for all the feedback and buyers
so far, the buyers feedback has been pretty good - thanks guys
This is only a hobby site to help others, we make virtually nothing on the items -
(How expensive is Paypal !!) - just trying to help other gearheads.
We are currently out of buckles but more on the way in a few weeks...
Thanks guys,

And here is a selling point I didn't know I had. The guy that is supplying my leatherwork,
actually lives and works on the site of a Knights Templar Preceptory in Cornwall, England.
And bases his methods on Celtic traditions...
The straps have been of the higest quality, and he is one of the nicest guys to deal with.
I will actually am now very proud of this find, and it's connections
Of course the website has now been updated to reflect this.

new photos of the bag straps we offer this side of the Atlantic, including Tollan's advise here.
The site has had a little redesign, for those that have been previously, any comments on
this would be appreciated too.
